The Ark is a fort located in Bukhara City, Uzbekistan. This massive fortress was built and occupied in the 5th century up to 1920. The walls of the fort range from 16 to 20 meters high and the perimeter of the outside walls is 789.6 meters. The Ark is now a popular tourist attraction and house museums covering its history.
