Unforgettable sunsets are seen from every area of the Villa. The open plan kitchen is every chef’s dream, offering modern conveniences. The heated pool offers a welcome escape from the heat and offers sun loungers to laze about. In close proximity to the pool are also a steam room and a guest bathroom that comes complete with a shower. Your villa keeper ensures you want for nothing. This slice of paradise can be rented here.

Designed by Slee and Co Architects, “The 620 m2 west-facing villa is surrounded by the ocean, rock faces and fynbos and features panoramic sea and mountain views. The architect’s brief was to capture to spirit of the place and its spectacular position with a concept evolving around a floating verandah roof to capture the stunning views. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors retract into the walls to bring the exterior inside, with the gentle crashing of waves on the rocks below as an omnipresentreminder of its unique location. The villa seamlessly gives way to the elements and was designed around light and nature with its open, illuminated interior.”

The homes interiors were designed by Paragon Interiors, whose “brief was to bring the natural attributes of the exterior indoors and it was decided to use a minimalist design philosophy: functional, comfortable and uncluttered, yet earthy and natural, with a heavy focus on glass, steel and natural wood. The colour palette portrays warm earth shades, such as burnt, sand and the shaggy rugs soften the overall ambience.”
