This could be mistaken for a flower vase or a sort of wall décor. This unusual-looking utensil is called Caddy Spoon. This spoon is used for measuring leaves of tea. Caddy Spoons are traditionally made of silver and they were particularly popular during the 19th century when tea was still an expensive commodity item.
